Miami County suspect arrested in Oklahoma

WATONGA, Oklahoma (WDTN) – The man accused of receiving stolen property and fleeing Miami County Deputies, where he ultimately crashed, has been arrested in Oklahoma.

Justin Wallace, 35, is accused of stealing a pick-up truck from the City of Piqua and was chased by deputies. The pursuit ended when the truck crashed into a house in Covington and Wallace fled the scene on foot.

Deputies later took a stolen vehicle report from a resident in Newberry Township where another pick-up truck was stolen, according to a previous press release.

Wallace faces numerous felony charges in Oklahoma, but will be extradited to Ohio at a later date.
