Brookville officers on leave, personnel files released

BROOKVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) – The personnel files of the two officers involved in a shooting were released Wednesday.

Officer Henry Edds, 58, is in stable condition after being shot Monday night. He’s been a part of the Brookville Police Department for 14 years. Before then, he worked for the New Lebanon Police Department.

His personnel file is filled with certificates and commendations. He’s described as a hard-working and responsible person.

Similar story for Officer Frank Graci, 45, he’s spent his entire 20 year career in law enforcement in Brookville. He’s described as an honest and responsible person.
