DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dozens of Hillary Clinton supporters hit the streets to campaign for the democratic nominee Saturday afternoon, including some celebrities.

Katie Lowes and Adam Shapiro from the hit television show, Scandal, came out to support Clinton. The duo gave a pep-talk to local volunteers and posed for pictures.

Retired Air Force veteran, Dick Brice says he hopes the latest efforts will bring people out to the polls.

“We’ve got great participation throughout the community,” said Brice.

About 35 volunteers were out Saturday knocking on doors. Brice says they hope to double that the next three days leading up to the election.
