Officials investigating ‘serious’ crash in Beavercreek

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) – Officials are investigating a crash that sent multiple people to the hospital Saturday afternoon.

Crews were called out to North Fairfield Rd. near Lawson Dr. around 2 p.m.

A driver went off the road and hit five parked cars that were in a driveway. The driver was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Six people were in the driveway either in the parked cars or standing in the driveway and all had to be taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The northbound lanes were blocked to help investigators navigate through the crash scene.

Technical crash investigators spent several hours on scene working to determine a cause.
