Community gives dinner thanking first responders

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) – A special dinner for the first responders was held Sunday evening at Dayton Lodge #73 Moose Family Center.

It was a dinner for the police, fire, and EMT crews in Beavercreek.

It is the 15th year that they have held the event where group members say they want to show their gratitude.

“It’s important because it’s where we live. They are the ones who take care of our surroundings. They protect us and that’s very important.
