DENVER, CO (KRON) — Restaurant chain Chipotle is facing more trouble, as three people are suing the restaurant claiming it lied about its calorie count.

The complaint is specifically on the chorizo burrito.

The restaurant is calling the chicken and pork wrap a healthy item and says it is about 300 calories.

But the burrito may be at least 700 calories.

The new burrito was supposed to help the chain recover from the 2015 E.coli crisis.

But now, the company’s sales are down about 22 percent compared to the exact quarter last year.
