2 month drug investigation ends in arrest

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday they arrested a man after a raid Wednesday.

The Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force with the assistance of the Dayton Police Department SWAT Team served a search warrant ending a two-month drug trafficking investigation.

Task Force Detectives raided a home in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue Wednesday morning. Detectives seized heroin, cocaine, marijuana, two shotguns and a handgun from inside the residence.

Anton Hurston, 38, was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County jail on possession of drugs and having weapons under disability, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
