When they arrived, they saw security and management attempting to restrain the woman, but were struggling to do so. Police helped subdue 32-year-old Tarsha Harris at the scene.

The security officer reportedly saw Harris put items in her purse in the chemical aisle and confronted her.

Hewitt’s purse contained dog food, air fresheners, fuel treatment, cleaning materials and power steering fluid. The items together cost $16.95, according to the report.

In the struggle, Hewitt hit security, an employee of the store, bit another employee of the store and another patron.
