KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) — Kettering Police arrested a man living at a house that was the scene of a home invasion on Tuesday morning.
Police say two men forced their way into a house in the 2600 block of South Boulevard at gunpoint just after midnight on Tuesday.
The men took property and fled the scene in a white Dodge Challenger.
During the robbery investigation, a narcotics investigation was conducted at the victim’s house. After the residents gave consent to search the property, officers found several marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia and items used to grow marijuana in the home.
Police arrested 35-year-old Bobby R. Napier for Cultivation and Child Endangering. Detectives are still investigating and additional charges are expected.
Authorities are still looking for the suspects in the home invasion.
Police describe them as two black men, both between 5’7″ and 5’10” tall. Investigators believe both men are in their early-to-mid-20s.

Surveillance video in the area showed the suspects arrive and leave. The investigation is ongoing.
