COLUMBUS (WCMH)– An Ohio State wrestler is calling for help online after his bag, and a few important items were stolen.

Logan Stieber returned home from the World Championships in Budapest last night with a gold medal. Now he’s asking the internet for help getting it back.

He sent a tweet out around 8:30 pm saying that while he was at dinner, someone stole his bag- with his medal, wrestling belt, passport, iPad, keys, and headphones in it.

He said the items were in a black backpack. They were taken from the area of High Street and 2nd Avenue, near Northstar Cafe.

Twitter users were quick to try and help, tweeting out the last known location and description of the items. The hashtag “Return4Logan” is appearing in tweets, along with well wishes and apologies for the incident. The official USA Wrestling twitter helped to spread the word as well.
