Boil advisory lifted for Village of Catawba

CATAWBA, Ohio (WDTN) – A boil advisory issued over the weekend for the Village of Catawba has been lifted.

According to a Village official, testing shows the water is now safe.

Crews were working to fix a water main break that reduced water pressure, Saturday.

The break happened on South Persimmon right in front of village offices.

Resident were advised to boil their water.
