Healthy breakfast options for kids

Sunrise yogurt parfait- vanilla greek yogurt, 1 clementine, a few slices of bananas, granola or nuts on the side!

Overnight oats- 1/2 cup oats, 1/3 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt, 2/3 cup milk, 1 Tbs. chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 Tbs. maple syrup, dash salt. Mix in jar and let sit overnight. Heat in morning or eat chilled.

Peanut butter roll ups- 1 whole grain tortilla, 2 Tbs. peanut butter, 1 banana, drizzle honey and cinnamon
