Katie’s first marathon: week 4

Week 4: I cannot believe I’m already a month in! My long runs are now right around 8-10 miles, and during the week I’m running anywhere from 12 to 16 miles in total. However, I must admit, this past week I didn’t feel good and didn’t meet my weekly goals. Also, this muggy weather is not helping! I am trying to get out early to beat the heat and humidity, but it comes on quickly. How do you beat the heat?
