A weak area of low pressure is bringing in some sprinkles or light rain showers this morning. Not everyone will see rain, and if you do, it will be fairly light. Live Doppler 2HD Radar at 6am shows the rain mainly in the southern half of the Miami Valley:
This disturbance should move east of us by mid-morning. This will bring the rain chance to an end, and the clouds will slowly begin to break up. We should be partly sunny by the drive home. Through the week, we will see a gradual warming trend. Expect highs near 50-degrees both Tuesday and Wednesday, which is about 10+ degrees above normal. But we don’t stop there!
And that forecasted high on Saturday is actually the record high for the day, so that value will be in jeopardy!
There are several shower chances over the next several days, so keep the umbrella handy. Right now, the best chance looks to be Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
