I am 21 weeks along and doing my best to enjoy this pregnancy but it sure has been different this time around being so sick and having a full time job with two other little boys at home. The breaks don’t come often enough!
In addition to being exhausted, I’ve noticed that I need to get moving again and feeling better in my skin! Being so sick and so busy I haven’t had the energy or the time to keep up with my running or my workouts. I can definitely see and feel a difference in my body and my energy level.
So, I did some research on one of my favorite celebrity trainers and she actually has a pregnancy program that you can do from home! It’s called Tracy Anderson, The Pregnancy Project and I hope to get started this weekend!
Baby girl seems to be doing well. She’s all over the place and the coolest thing is that the boys can actually feel her move now. They are going to be the best big brothers. Can’t wait to see them with her!
