High water shuts down Factory Road for fourth time this year

BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) – High water is a common problem for one road in particular in Beavercreek. Factory Road has been closed several times throughout the last couple years because of high water, but the chances of getting a permanent fix aren’t likely. Monday’s storms and heavy rain flooded a section of Factory Road, causing it to be temporarily shut down. It’s the same section between US 35 and Indian Ripple Road that’s been closed multiple times in the past. Just last year, the road closed a total of 11 times. So far this year, it’s seen 3 closures…
