Katie-KenneyBorn and raised a Centerville native, Katie Kenney has been Host of Living Dayton, the hour-long lifestyle show on WDTN, the NBC/CW, affiliate since 2014.

Prior to hosting she was the face of the Dayton’s CW Television station on-air, online and in the community.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Miami University, Katie began her career in broadcasting working for WGTZ-FM.

Katie spent many years in the fields of marketing, public speaking and community relations serving in roles with Heidelberg Distributing Anheuser-Busch and LexisNexis.

Katie is immersed in the Dayton community, involved with many organizations which fuel her passion, and has been honored to serve as emcee for many charitable organizations including, The American Heart Association, AIDS Resource Center Ohio, March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House, Multiple Sclerosis Society and Humane Society of Greater Dayton.

This hometown girl still resides in Centerville with her husband, two boys, baby girl on the way and her sweet golden doodle Winston. She spends her summers at the pool and her winters cuddled up with her crew. On a day to day basis, you’ll find her at the park, supporting her kids on the field and on the stage, on a run through her neighborhood or enjoying a good meal with a locally brewed beer.
